NOTICE OF MEETING
 
Dear Councillor
 
You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Asterby and Goulceby Parish Council. It will be held on Monday 11th March 2019 commencing at 7.30pm at Three Horseshoes, Goulceby 
 
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. The official meeting will start at 7.40pm or at the conclusion of the public forum whichever is sooner. All councillors should be present by 7.30pm.
 
 
PUBLIC FORUM – Public Participation - There will be a 10 minute (max) public forum between 7.30pm and 7.40pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council. Each member of the public is permitted to speak for 3 minutes, as per Council Standing Orders. After this time members of the public will not be permitted to be involved in the Council discussion.

3. Declaration of interests and requests for dispensations - To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider granting dispensation(s), as per written requests received by the proper officer, to councillors under section 22 of the Act
 
4. To confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 7th January 2019 
 
5. To receive reports from the Clerk and Councillors on matters outstanding

8. To receive an update on the chalk stream project event on 12th May and agree how to progress
 
9. To receive an update regarding Main Rd drainage issues and agree what, if any, further action is required
 
10. To review the issues raised by a concerned resident and agree appropriate action
a) Lack of maintenance associated with all gullies within the parish. 
b) Explore options to address the continual verge damage caused by oversized, and other vehicles passing through the village
c) Lack of suitable road drainage to Main Street, adjacent to the bridge, and Shop Lane, at the junction with Hall's Hill.

b Resident Email raising several issues relating to damaged verges in the village; suggestions for LCC and ELDC to reduce standing water on the village roads and improve how the villages are serviced by them. To note, agree any action and a response to the resident
C LCC highways Email notifying Parish Councils to report highways issues via the online system or via customer services, not directly to an officer To note
D LCC democratic services Email advising Parish Councils how to submit TRO requests.  In future they must be submitted via the County Councillor following consultation with the Parish Councillor To note
E LCC Temporary traffic restrictions – surface dressing works, Asterby and Goulceby – Dates to be confirmed To note
  
13. Financial matters:
a) To receive an updated bank reconciliation from RFO
b) To consider and approve payments due before next meeting including: Salaries - £277.58 (by standing order 1.4.19, LALC membership £83.46)
