NOTICE OF MEETING
Dear Councillor
You are hereby summoned to attend an EXTRAORDINARY MEETING of Asterby and Goulceby Parish Council. It will be held on Tuesday 12th November 2019 commencing at 7.30 pm at the Three Horseshoes, Goulceby.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. The official meeting will start at 7.40 pm or at the conclusion of the public forum whichever is sooner. All councillors should be present by 7.30 pm.
PUBLIC FORUM - Public Participation. There will be a 10 minute (maximum) public forum between 7.30 pm and 7.40 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council. Each member of the public is permitted to speak for 3 minutes as per Council Standing Orders. After this time, members of the public will not be permitted to be involved in the Council discussion

3. Declaration of interests and requests for dispensations - to receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider granting dispensation(s), as per written requests received by the proper officer, to councillors under Section 22 of the Act.
4. To confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 30th September 2019.
5. To agree format for the visit of the representative of the RURAL BROADBAND GIGABYTE GRANT SCHEME at the council meeting on the 2nd December 2019
6. To clarify and agree agenda items for the next meeting
7. To discuss and agree to the change of meetings from 6 times a year to 4 times a year
8. To resolve to move into closed session
9. To agree/approve reappointment of Parish Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer and agree working conditions
