NOTICE OF MEETING
 
Dear Councillor
 
You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Asterby and Goulceby Parish Council. It will be held on Monday 23rd March 2020 commencing at 7.30pm at Three Horseshoes, Goulceby 
 
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. The official meeting will start at 7.40pm or at the conclusion of the public forum whichever is sooner. All councillors should be present by 7.30pm.
 
 
PUBLIC FORUM – Public Participation - There will be a 10 minute (max) public forum between 7.30pm and 7.40pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council. Each member of the public is permitted to speak for 3 minutes, as per Council Standing Orders. After this time members of the public will not be permitted to be involved in the Council discussion.

a - Planning Permission N/008/00097/20 - Extension and alterations to existing dwelling to provide a kitchen/dining area, w.c. and a utility room with 1 no. additional bedroom over on the site of part of the existing dwelling and garage which are to be removed. WITCHOLE COTTAGE, ASTERBY LANE, ASTERBY – Response sent using delegated powers
 
b - Planning Permission N/008/01253/19 - Erection of 2no. detached houses with detached double garages and construction of a vehicular access, relating to LAND ADJACENT DEMETER HOUSE, FORD WAY, GOULCEBY – Notice of appeal received – Response sent using delegated powers
 
c - Planning Permission N/008/00248/20 - Extension and alterations to the existing dwelling to provide an enlarged garage. ASTERBY COTTAGE, GOULCEBY LANE, ASTERBY – All Councillors declared an interest and no response was sent
 
10. To receive an update on the defibrillator service and agree any additional action (BM)
