You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Asterby & Goulceby Parish Council. It will be held on Monday 8th June 2020 commencing at 7.30pm via Zoom
 
If members of the public wish to conference in for the meeting, please contact the clerk via email for the conference link agparishcouncil@gmail.com 
 
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. The official meeting will start at 7.30pm and all councillors should be present by 7.30pm.
 
 
PUBLIC FORUM has been suspended during the COVID 19 period where meetings are being held via video conferencing.  If you wish to raise a matter please bring it to the attention of the Clerk via email or phone prior to the meeting.

d) To consider and resolve to accept the Annual Accounting Statements and Annual Bank Reconciliation
e) To review and resolve to accept the Financial Regulations and Asset register
