The new Callconnect booking app is coming to your area!
Bookings on the app are available from Monday 19 February for journeys from Monday 26 February onwards in Sleaford, Skegness, Spilsby, Horncastle and Coningsby.
Callconnect is your demand responsive bus service, connecting local communities and linking with other transport options throughout Lincolnshire.

- Bookable from 7 days in advance up to 1 hours’ notice (subject to availability)
- Free concessionary travel and all single fares are capped at a wallet- friendly £2
- For anyone and everyone!
Our app is free and quick to download! Enjoy the freedom of booking by app where you can book, track, and amend your journey at your fingertips.
Register your details, select your pick up/ drop off points and select your journey available.
Use your local Callconnect bus service for shopping, going to work or college, visiting friends and more!
Information leaflets and posters will be available on board the Callconnect buses and available from the driver. Customers who are currently registered with Callconnect will receive a letter in the post with more detail and information.

Important - Customers who book by phone can continue to book by this method. All customers will be advised that they will need to re-register, this will be undertaken when they call to make their bookings by phone. The introduction of the app helps those who book by phone as it frees up some capacity and helps the team get to calls quicker
